This is Shelby. “She has sandy blonde hair and a pretty good lookin face.” hehe! Anyways, this gorgeous girl is a senior at Whitefish High School and basically we froze, she rocked it, and it’s never been so difficult for me to narrow down the pictures before!!! Her eyes are incredible and with the gloomy cloudy day we had, her eyes and colorful outfits really stood out, LOVE!! Thank you Shelby for being amazing and putting up with the cold, it was so worth it!

Awwwww, Ashley! I love love loved this session! We met at my grandma’s property, cause it’s my favorite place to shoot, and because Ashley was bringing her Golden Retreiver, Teddy!!!!! He was extremely hyper and overly friendly and I fell in love with him instantly. EEEEEEK! My favorite kind of dog….and if any of my family happens to be reading this, I’ll take one for Christmas thankyouverymuch. Anyways, Ashley was so incredible the entire time! I loved the outfits she choose and how she was up for anything I threw her way! We did freeze our butts off, but that’s Montana I guess, and you’d never be able to tell from her gorgeous smile!

Ohhhh my goodness! This super cute girl is Danielle and she’s a senior at Glacier. I like how I start these blog posts stating the obvious…there’s a reason I’m a photographer and NOT a writer!! Anyways, like I said before, she’s so incredibly sweet and beautiful and we had so much fun hanging out in Apgar Village on Lake McDonald in Glacier Park!! Her and her dad spent a lot of time together as she was growing up in the Park, I’m so happy she picked it for her location! It felt so desserted up there this time of year, but it was so “magical”! The fall colors everywhere and we watched the sunset on the lake, breathtaking!!! Lake McDonald is definitely one of my most favorite places EVER. Danielle was such a trooper putting up with the cold and never once complaining about it….I did enough complaining for the both of us! lol! Her parents came along, WHICH I LOVE and even brought their RV so we could warm up- THANK YOU!!!!!

Thursday, November 3rd, 2011Connor and Maxl are the funniest guys I’ve ever met!!! I was laughing the entire time. I seriously had tears in my eyes half the time from laughing so hard. They’ve been best friends forever and it was so cool to see two guys have their senior portraits done together! We started at Connor’s house in the amazing yard and then ventured off the Maxl’s Grandpa’s house on the lake for some more amazing locations. These two football studs were so charming and actually into having their picture taken which makes my job so much fun!!! Maxl also brought along his girlfriend who you might recognize from one of my earlier sessions, the lovely Michela! Her and Maxl were also recently crowned Homecoming King and Queen. Oh yeah, that’s right. Anyways, on to the pictures. I do have to say that about half of my favorite pictures I can’t blog because they’re slightly inappropriate….hehehe

Meet Lauren!! This cutie is a senior at Whitefish High School, and we had such a lovely time taking her senior portraits. I met her and her mom at their house and wandered around the streets, her backyard, down the road and in a marsh! I was super impressed with Lauren and her high heel wearing skills. This girl walked through a marsh for Heaven’s sakes in 3 inch heels!! I can hardly walk on solid ground in them. They were obviously worth it, she looked amazing and we had INCREDIBLE light that afternoon for pictures!

Ok, this girl has got to be the cutest girl EVERRRRR. This is Maggie, and her hair, that I’m totally and completely in love with. We had a blast freezing our butts off at my grandparents property, playing in the field and apple trees. Maggie brought her mom along and we got some shots with her, which I LOVE!

Meet Taylor!!! This beautiful girl is a Senior this year at Whitefish High School and I was so honored to photograph her in the special time in her life! We met up on a lovely sunny Sunday afternoon and roamed around the cow poop field with her mom and brother and even got a couple shots with them! I love getting a few family shots while we’re at it! This beautiful girl is Elyse. When we were talking before our shoot on the phone we were trying to figure out a place to shoot. I was itching for somewhere new because it always jump starts my creativity! I asked where she lived and she said kinda by highway 206….”yeah, same here!” Turns out we’re neighbors! She lives on the road right behind me! So why not take advantage of that and shoot on our road! I kinda love walking out my front door and being “at work”. Actually our shoot took two days cause it’s started to storm the first time and we were both freezing our butts off and it was dark and gloomy. Anyways, here they are! I LOVED THIS SESSION!!! Hailey is so sweet and obviously gorgeous! She’s a ballerina and moves so well in front of the camera. We had fun exploring random spots on the East side of Kalispell, looking for cool light and textures on strangers run down garages. She also made my ballerina dreams come true when she brought out her pointe shoes and danced for me. Ahhhh! I can’t even find the words, I loved it so much. There’s something so beautiful and romantic about a ballerina
